Problem:
Dorina called into The Basement Doctor concerning a crack in her wall. This was a relatively newer home that she and her husband have. She explained that the initial crack that they sealed and the crack below it had water leakage. The water infiltration worsens in the fall, because of the rain and moisture. The homeowners tried to seal the crack themselves but discovered that the walls were still leaking. She scheduled a free consultation with The Basement Doctor to find the best solution.
Solution:
The Basement Doctor sent project manager, Wes Martin, out for an assessment of the leaky walls. Wes has years of project management experience and knowledge, thus making him the best candidate for this project. Wes’ primary objective was to locate the leaks and provide a solution agreeable for the homeowners. After a thorough assessment, Wes suggested that a wall drain needed to be installed. That solution would properly drain the water outside of the home. The homeowners agreed to move forward with The Basement Doctor as their contractor. The installation crew was on the job to install the wall drain successfully. The homeowners were given the peace of mind they needed concerning their project, trust was earned, and satisfaction was achieved!
